Qualified in 1976. Anton has considerable experience in auditing and business consultancy including buying and selling businesses and reorganisations.

Matthew Farrant ACA CTA

Matthew qualified as an accountant in 1984 and tax adviser in 1986. After a spell of working for Coopers Lybrand in their London tax department, he became a partner of Barnett Spooner in 1990.

As well as dealing with family businesses Matthew is Barnett Spooner’s tax expert dealing with both corporate and personal matters.

Matthew is also Chairman of Guildford and District branch of the Federation of Small Businesses.
